Depression sucks.
I have no idea how many days I have left. I’ll find out soon. But I’m in such a rut, and have been for a while. Medications work ok. I’m not on them now, but will probably go back on them soon. The feeling of defeat has sunk in so much that I know have no motivation for any enjoyment. I need an out.
